In short
Dairy ERP software manages the whole milk value chain in one system — village and BMC collection with FAT/SNF/CLR testing, chilling and transport, plant intake and quality variance, purchasing and inventory, production, sales, supplier and buyer payments, and financial reporting. Hamari Dairy gives plant teams and head office one connected operating record instead of separate collection, stock and accounting files.

Hamari Dairy is software, not a hardware lock-in. It reads the analyzers, collection units, scales and printers already installed at your centres.
Ultrasonic and FTIR/NIR analyzers that output FAT, SNF, CLR, protein, lactose and added water over a serial port — including Everest, Ksheera, Lactoscan, Lactostar, Milkotester and Ekomilk units. Readings post straight into the collection entry; no manual typing.
Automatic milk collection units at village societies, whether the unit drives the analyzer and scale itself or the PC does. Collection, quality and weight arrive as one record per farmer.
Electronic platform and can scales with RS232 or USB output. Weight is captured at the moment of collection rather than keyed in afterwards.
POS-58 and compatible 58 mm thermal printers over USB or Bluetooth for farmer slips, plus standard A4 printers for bills and reports. Slips print in the farmer's language.
RS232 serial, RS232-to-USB converters, direct USB and Bluetooth. Runs on Windows PC, Android tablets and the browser — same data, multiple access points for your team. If your analyzer emits a serial reading, its format can be mapped, so you do not replace working equipment to change software.
Tanker weighbridge readings captured at plant intake and reconciled against the dispatch record from the source BMC or chilling centre.
Drivers for POS-58 thermal printers, RS232-to-USB converters and UFT devices are on the downloads page. Not sure whether your analyzer is supported? Send us the model and we will confirm.

FAQ
Dairy ERP software runs the whole milk business in one system instead of separate tools: village and BMC-level procurement with FAT/SNF/CLR testing, chilling and transport, plant intake and quality variance, production and inventory, sales and distribution, farmer and supplier payments, and financial reporting. The point of an ERP, as opposed to a milk collection app, is that a litre recorded at a village society and the payment made against it are the same record.
Milk collection software records quantity and quality at one point and prints a slip. Dairy ERP carries that record forward — through chilling centre transfers, plant intake reconciliation, quality-based pricing, payment cycles and accounts. If you operate a single collection centre, collection software is usually enough. If milk moves between locations, or you need to know where solids are being lost between village and plant, you need an ERP.
Most Indian dairy ERP vendors quote per project and do not publish prices, so costs commonly run into lakhs plus annual maintenance. Hamari Dairy publishes its pricing: plans start at ₹139 per month, with ₹649 for six months and ₹1,249 for a year, no setup fee and no per-farmer charge. Larger multi-plant deployments are quoted separately.
Traditional dairy ERP rollouts are measured in months because they require on-premise servers, data migration and site-by-site training. Hamari Dairy is cloud-based with desktop and Android apps, so a single collection centre can be live the same day, and a multi-plant organisation typically goes live in two to four weeks including rate chart configuration and staff training.
Hamari Dairy's desktop and mobile apps record collection, testing and billing entirely offline and sync automatically when a connection returns. This matters in Indian dairy because village collection centres frequently lose connectivity during the morning shift, and a system that stops working without internet stops the shift.
Yes. Hamari Dairy reads FAT, SNF and CLR values directly from milk analyzers and AMCU units over RS232 and USB, so you do not have to replace working hardware. Weighing scales and POS-58 thermal printers are supported the same way. Drivers for common devices are available on our downloads page.
Plan the right ERP modules and rollout sequence for your procurement network, plant and head office.
